Drop into your mini-retreat and nourish your needs with indoor bath & shower space, lemon water & hot tea bar, light snacks and ample lounge options. This space doubles as a gathering area for guided retreat moments like but not limited to breath-work, massage, sound healing and much more.

Sweat & Soak Outdoors

Sol Tides cedar hot tub, wood fire sauna and cold plunge are in the elements. Offering a connection to our natural roots out-of-doors. Feel alive and well together while getting in touch with the seasons of New England.

Outdoor Fire, Cooking & Gathering Zones

Standing or sitting around a fire calls on something primal in all of us. It warms the body and soul. The outdoor fire-pit, cooking zone and area for dining are great ways to offered expanded ways to connect with your retreat group. (Weather permitting)

GUIDED PAIRS MASSAGE & WATER HEALING

$180 pr/pair

A guided evening mini-retreat for pairs who want to slow down, care for their bodies, and deepen connection through shared experience.

This collaborative offering weaves together the restorative benefits of hydrotherapy—sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub—with indoor partner stretching and mindful massage techniques led by licensed massage therapist and movement artist Sasha Peterson. Guests will rotate between an outdoor water journey and a comfortable indoor lounge, learning practical, efficient ways to offer relief and support to one another without overexertion.

Held in a calm, cozy container, this experience emphasizes presence, physical listening, and ease—supporting both individual well-being and connection with another.

This offering is for pairs who already share trust and are interested in caring for body and spirit while fostering closeness, including but not limited to partners & good friends.

    • Hot Herbal Tea, espresso drinks & H2O station

    • Light sauna snacks (thinks fresh citrus, roasted nuts and dried fruit)

    • Restroom for changing into and out of suits

    • Compostable bag if needed for wet suit transportation after your session

    • Full size & small sauna towels available

    GUIDED MASSAGE

    • Mats, blankets & props

    • Circe Secret body oil

  • WATER HEALING

    • Bathing suit or bathing attire

    • Towel, robe and slippers/sandals for walking between outdoor water elements

    • Winter hat: useful in the hot tub & cold plunge on particularly chilly days/nights

    GUIDED MASSAGE

    • Cozy loungewear for post sauna session (pro-tip: warm socks)

    • Recommended upper body layers. Think tank top or T-shirt plus warm top layer. Ideal if tops are easy and loose for neck/ shoulder access during guided massage technique portion

About your Massage Guide Sasha Peterson:

Sasha Peterson is a licensed massage therapist with a cozy studio in downtown Salem. She has been massaging for eight years, and dancing her whole life. Her body work sessions integrate the two to create unique, sustainable and long term solutions to helping you feel well. Her work incorporates Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, reflexology, Thai and other modalities.

Join Sol Tide & Earthly Bodies Yoga + Movement

Join us for a nourishing and relaxing day retreat. Begin by gathering at Earthly Bodies Yoga + Movement for a fluid and potent yoga class to awaken your body, breath and spirit. We'll then make our way to Sol Tide (2 miles away!) and flow through a private sauna, hot tub and cold plunge experience. We'll end our day with a guided deep relaxation and sound bath in the Sol Tide lounge space.

Light snacks, tea and coffee bar available throughout your time at Sol Tide.

About Our Yoga + Sound Healing Partner
